PSYCHOSOCIAL RISK

Psychosocial risk, made workable.

Psychosocial hazards such as high job demands, poor support, bullying, aggression and sexual harassment are now a safety issue, not just an HR one. In Victoria, specific regulations have applied since 1 December 2025, and they have left many businesses unsure where to start. We will help you demystify the process, carry out the risk assessment and build it into your existing safety system.

Simple, not simplistic.

Psychosocial risk is managed the same way as any other hazard: identify it, assess it, control it at the source, and review it. We keep it that plain, and we keep it in the system you already run.

Demystify it

What the Victorian regulations and compliance code actually ask of you, in plain language, for your leaders, managers and health and safety representatives. No jargon, no scare campaign.

Assess the risk

We carry out the risk assessment with you: identifying the psychosocial hazards in how work is designed and managed, and assessing the risk with the people who do the work and their representatives.

Build it into your system

Hazards, controls and review triggers go into your existing risk register, procedures and reporting, and are managed like every other hazard. No separate program sitting on a shelf.

What you get.

A documented psychosocial risk assessment, showing how each hazard was identified, who was consulted and how the risk was assessed.

Controls that change how work is designed and managed. Under the Victorian regulations, training and information can't be the main control.

Everything built into your existing system, with review triggers and reporting your officers can follow.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

Start with where you are.

Nothing in place yet, a survey that went nowhere, or a policy that hasn't changed how work is done. Tell us where you are and we'll recommend the next step. Clinical and counselling support sits outside our scope, and we'll say so.
