Privacy Policy

ORM Safety (ABN 76 433 065 624) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, organisation name and the details of your enquiry, along with your answers to the optional questions about what is prompting your enquiry, the size of your organisation and where it operates. If you email or call us, we keep the details you give us.

Why we collect it

We use it to respond to your enquiry, to prepare for a conversation with you, and to deliver and administer any engagement that follows. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Client safety data

Where an engagement involves safety data, such as our Monitor reporting service, we ask only for what the work needs, and we ask you to remove names and identifying details before sending it. That data is used to produce your reports and for nothing else. It is not shared outside the engagement, it is never identified to another client, and at the end of the engagement it is returned or destroyed, whichever you ask for.

Who we share it with

We may share information with associates or specialists engaged on your matter, who work to our scope and quality control, and with the service providers who host our website, forms and email. Our website runs on Wix, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.

Cookies

Our website platform uses cookies so the site works properly and so we can understand how it is used.

Access and correction

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@ormsafety.com.au.

Questions and complaints

If you have a question or concern about how we handle your information, contact us at info@ormsafety.com.au or PO Box 27, Camberwell VIC 3124. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
